It is so important to me to have an individual relationship with every single person I work with! My goal is for ALL of my clients to feel like they are my only client. Body image and your relationship with food are two of the most vulnerable parts of your life and I do not take that lightly.
It’s my mission to be able to improve any body dysmorphia while simultaneously strengthening your relationship with food, the mirror, the scale and improve your self commentary, while progressing towards your desired body composition! I will TEACH you why I train, coach and make the adjustments I do, so that you can carry this skillset with you long after we work together!
I customize a specific caloric and protein goal for you to hit daily, along with customized cardio and strength training so you can achieve your goals! I incorporate ALL foods into your diet, teaching you how to have food freedom while dieting. Not only is this mentally and physically the most satisfying method but it is also a sustainable and realistic approach to fat loss, muscle gain and reverse dieting.
The way I approach fat loss, muscle gain, and maintenance is by tracking calories and protein! If you have never tracked your food before, do not worry! I am here to help you every step of the way and teach you exactly how to do it. The reason I want you to be able to track your calories and protein is because that is the ONLY way for us to make sure that your nutrition is aligned with your goals. I also want you to be able to eat ALL FOODS inside of the caloric parameters I have set for you. This helps us incorporate goals that we set with any fear foods, allowing you to have as much flexibility with food choices as possible.
The only two things that are vital when it comes to tracking are protein and calories. As long as you are within your calories and you hit your protein goal each day, it does not matter if carbohydrates and fats fluctuate. That is entirely up to personal preference, giving you even more freedom with food.
I am sure you're familiar with "plateaus" when trying to accomplish your goals! Our metabolisms are adaptive, so it is essential we continue making changes to your nutrition and cardio as you progress! This is done through weekly check-ins with me on the app we use! At your weekly check-in, you fill out a detailed questionnaire about how your week went mentally and physically, upload progress photos, update metrics and update your weights for the week. Although check-ins are done once a week, we have access to each other 24/7 for any urgent questions or needed support between check-ins!

Once a package is purchased, you are sent an in depth questionnaire that tells me everything I need to know about you to customize your entire plan!
I use an app that keeps track of the nutrition adjustments I make for you, cardio, weight lifting, weekly check ins, progress photos, etc!
We BOTH use this app and chat feature to stay in contact 24/7, because access to me and support are VITAL for your success!
